Well sorry that I have not blogged for a bit.. we had a home owners nightmare... one that no amount of Magick could fix.

we started a "simple project" that nuclear mushroomed into an over $9000.00 project between new plumbing, wiring, bathroom rehab(down to bare studs...) and a few things we still have to do...my house has been a construction zone foe 4 months now and I am getting crazed..

 

But light at the end of the tunnel.. we should(key word being "should") be able to start kickin into gear now that all of the demo and wire and pipe tracing is over... we will be able to jump in and start building..

by the end I will have a brand new bathroom upstairs... all new plumbing .. a new kitchen and a new pantry .. plus I want to rehab the guest room ... so we are on a roll.. the one major hurdle we face now is my hubby's knee.. he tore the medial meniscus and will be having surgery on 5/9 .. so send energy for a speedy recovery.. for I need him to get back to workfor both $$ and sanity..

Blessed Ostara..
as of 7:08 pm the balance between day and night will be exactlly balanced...and so from here it only gets warmer and sunnier..

I cannot wait until spring is here.. I yearn for green.. a crocus, a jonquil...a tulip.. I yearn to get my hands into the earth and plant the seasons worth of beauty. I want to see if my Hens&chicks survived the snow... I cannot wait to see leaves on the trees .. to smell the Lilacs...

as you can see spring and summer are my favorite months. This year I will be planting a medicinal herb garden as well as a culinary herb garden. I will be planting tons and tons of plants.. as I want to eliminate all of my lawn this season.. and have a carpet of flowers.. and beauty.. no grass to mow...

I had a breif glimps of it last week when it was 70° and sunny.. I got to see the shoots of my daffodils and my crocus.. so I know it is near..

so Blessed Ostara.. may this season bring birth of joy, prosperity, comfort and peace into your lives...
